The annual Gala for the Lycée Français de New York is the centerpiece fundraiser for the school. In 2015, the theme was "Sortir Du Cadre / The World is Your Canvas" and the honoree was artist JR. The event's identity is anchored by a painterly vibe paired with sophisticated typefaces to echo the purpose of the gala. Pops of black and yellow act as nods to the street based art of JR.
